(-)-Izopiperitenone reduktaza (EC 1.3.1.82, (-)-izopiperitenonska reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-cis-izopulegon:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (+)-cis-izopulegon + NADP+ (-)-izopiperitenon + NADPH + H+
Ova reakcija teče u reverznom smeru. Enzim učestvuje u putu mentolne biosinteze kod Mentha biljki. (+)-pulegon, (+)-cis-isopulegon i (-)-menton nisu supstrati.
