Kishore Mahbubani (24. oktobar 1948 -) je singapurski publicist i bivši diplomat, koji je u dva navrata - od 1984. do 1989. te od 1998. do 2004. - služio kao ambasador Singapura u UN. Autor je nekoliko knjiga koje se bave odnosom Zapadnog i Istočnog svijeta. Trenutno predaje javnu politiku i služi kao dekan Lee Kuan Yewovog fakulteta za javnu politiku na Nacionalnom univerzitetu Singapura.[1]
